The Arms and Armour Heritage Trust is a grant giving body
We make decisions based on the outcomes of the project with respect to our objectives.
Outcomes for maintenance and exhibition of arms, armour and associated objects and the maintenance of a record relating to arms and armour.
As a result of this application will arms & armour and associated objects be:-
- better maintained?
- better managed?
- in better condition?
- better displayed?
- better identified/recorded?
Outcomes to advance education and understanding of arms and armour, their employment, development and context
As a result of this application will:-
- We know more about arms next and armour, their employment, development and context?
- More people have skills associated with arms and armour, their employment, development and context?
- More people know about arms and armour, their employment, development and context?
- A wider range of people will know about arms and armour, their employment, development and context?
Outcomes that promote the efficiency of the armed forces of the crown.
As a result of this the armed forces of the crown will be more efficient:-
- The armed forces will be able to do something extra.
- The cost of the armed forces will be reduced. e.g. through a donation to welfare
We also take account of the extent to which the project can obtain funds from other sources.
